Payment:
We offer Cash on Delivery all across Pakistan. However, if any client wants to pay through Bank or Online Transfer, they may contact us directly to change the payment option through either email or by messaging us on our FaceBook / Instagram Account (links provided above).

Return & Exchange Policy:
• We only exchange or refund any product(s), if the product(s) received has any kind of manufacturing defect.
• In case of a size issue, we offer exchange ONLY if the other size is in stock.
• Product (s) can be exchanged within 7 days from the date of purchase.
• Please note that the product must be unused with the price label attached along with the purchase invoice.
• Items bought on sale CANNOT be exchanged.
• Due to the differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photoshoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen, therefore products cannot be exchanged on this basis.
• We have a ‘No Refund’ policy. However, refunds may be allowed in exceptional cases; if the product is out of stock or appears to be faulty. In case of refunds, shipping costs are non-refundable. Please allow us a time of 15 days to process the refund.
• For order cancellation, you may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. Once the order is dispatched, the 'Return and Exchange Policy' will apply.
• Please note, in case of exchange or return (due to size or other reasons), clients have to pay the additional delivery charges (as per area).
